How to request a transfer
You can call us any time of the day or night to make a transfer booking or a general enquiry. Our 24/7 control room team also monitor our email in box, we will review your request and respond to you, normally with one hour. We will need to be clear that sending an email is a request NOT a confirmation booking as it is essential that we conduct a risk assessment and understand the needs of the patient before we can select and deploy a team.
What happens next?
If you submit and email from this page it will be sent straight to our Control Room team. Unless you have requested and alternative time for a call our team will add your detail into our booking database and make contact with you within 1 hour to discuss your needs.
