Make a Booking
You can call us any time of the day or night to make a general enquiry or a booking. Our 24/7 control room team also monitors our online booking system. We will review your request and respond to you, normally with one hour. (If you are a new customer, it is advisable to call first).
Please note: sending an online booking is a booking request NOT a confirmed booking. It is essential that we conduct a risk assessment and understand the needs of the patient before we can select and deploy a team.
What happens next?
If you submit an online booking request from this page, it will be sent to our Control Room. Unless you have requested an alternative time for a call our team will add your detail into our provisional booking database and make contact with you within 1 hour to discuss your needs.
