Recruitment open day at our Wickham base – Wednesday 2 December

We’re holding a recruitment open day at our Wickham base in Hampshire on Wednesday 2 December 2026, from 12 noon to 5pm. Everyone is welcome.

We’re looking for Mental Health Transport Assistants to join our Wickham team. Drop in at any time to have a tour of the base, meet the team, look round our vehicles and find out what the job really involves. If you like what you see, you can fill in an application form on the day and get the ball rolling.

Open day notice for Wednesday 2 December, 12 noon to 5pm, beside a map pin on our Wickham base and our crew waving next to a Secure Care UK vehicle on a farm

About the role

Our crews support people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives – hospital transfers, community work, court and prison escorts, and planned appointments. The role pays £33,005.44 a year, working Tuesday to Friday from 08:00 to 21:00 (48 hours a week). Full training is provided before you work independently.

Good to know

  • If you already have an enhanced DBS, please bring it with you – it will make the process quicker.
  • Tea, coffee, cake and biscuits will be provided.
  • The base is on a farm and can be tricky to find – our step-by-step directions will get you to the door.

To let us know you’re coming, or for help finding us, email Amelia Johansen.
