Specialist vehicles, built for dignity
Every vehicle in our fleet carries the equipment we need to safely transport patients as comfortably as possible. This includes many that are purpose-converted to include a dedicated safe area (cell compartment) for use in the highest risk scenarios only on a case by case basis — secure, designed so that care is the first priority.
Our fleet now includes our first fully electric safe-area vehicle — the first of its kind in the UK – and a milestone in our Carbon Reduction Plan.

Vehicles are deliberately discreet and unmarked where appropriate, helping patients travel without drawing attention, and every vehicle is cleaned and checked between patient journeys.
